Reiki
Based on an ancient Buddist healing system, this hands-on treatment is delivered through a sequence of hands positions. It aims to restore equilibrium on the physical, mental and emotional energy levels, which initiates a healing process in our bodies and keeps us healthy, balanced, content and happy. Reiki can also help to alleviate the physical and emotional pain.
Chakra Balance
Working on the 7 primary chakra points (energy centres) with a combination of Reiki and crystal healing, this unique treatment clears and balances the body's energies and offers a deep feeling of relaxation.
Indian Head Massage
This is a seated massage, which covers the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face, ears and scalp massage involving Reiki healing in the end. It is particularly good for people who suffer from headaches, neck and shoulder tension, sinus problems, insomnia and stress. It can be performed fully clothed, or with the back and shoulders open.
Swedish Body Massage
This is a vigorous massage which helps to relieve tension and helps to clear toxins. Good for easing aching muscles, improving circulation and breaking down cellulite.
During the massage a client is covered with towels, except of the part of the body that is being massaged.
Seated-in-chair Massage
